When our customer called us and shared that the design received applause from their employees, we felt like dancing as if no one was watching.
Mastering complex tasks
through good design.
There is no off-the-shelf solution for specialized tasks. When employees face complex tasks, software should make it easier, faster, and better. Often, the opposite is true.
We start with an idea. Depending on the project, we build an initial prototype after four weeks. With this prototype, the requirements-gathering process leaves the abstract. It becomes tangible for everyone involved, allowing early identification of deviations and gaps in understanding. We call it ...
Everything we have learned in over 15 years of company history is incorporated into our agile methodology. By combining design, psychology, and technology, we have created a practical, zero-BS method to arrive at better solutions faster. Truly agile, we eliminate unproductive process steps and implement the application. Alone or with our client's large development teams.
craft better applications
Empower employees. Reduce sources of errors. Accelerate complex tasks. Make processes more understandable. Find simplicity within complexity.
With our proven design-driven evolution approach, we could assist international automotive corporations, AI-powered healthcare startups, and traditional small and medium-sized companies. Necessary complexity has been separated from unnecessary. Awards have been won, and project leaders have been promoted.
This is what joyous collaboration looks like. There's a vision, and off we go. When your client sets your problem-solving puppy free, we enthusiastically dive into the challenge. Clarity emerges from complexity, resulting in the multiple award-winning Ströer Marketplace.
Reliable, competent. Excellent, what they do. Standing out and going beyond.
Award-winning,
What's achieved when the client gives you free rein. Speaking impartially, that was a good decision.
the world's
best
design
from the
most modest
team of
all time:
The founders, Alex and Chris, became friends in 2005 while studying business psychology in Cologne. Years before this encounter, both had already worked in the digital world in communication, development, and design. By the end of their studies, it was clear that neither Alex nor Chris wanted to lose their fruitful collaboration. But they wanted to do it better than at their previous companies. So, they decided to start their own venture together. Today, we unite exceptionally talented and diverse experts.
collaborating with us
Design-driven Evolution leads us to our goal by expanding and editing toward objectives. Our agile design approach is always about delivering results.
From the first step to the solution
We create the first prototype in a few weeks. This prototype is as tangible as possible and initiates a series of feedback cycles that ultimately lead us to the solution.
The First Cycle
The blank page, the idea, marks the beginning of all great things. We start by asking questions in a two-hour kickoff workshop. The answers to our 'Why?' lead us to an initial hypothesis, a prototype. It brings clarity through specificity. A clear 'Yes' here, a 'No' there, a 'Maybe' or a 'Perhaps.' All the answers guide us to new hypotheses, and we progressively incorporate the insights gained into the final product.
Finding
clarity fast
Why is it better to act quickly, even if many questions remain unanswered? The abstract is too patient.
abstract vs. specific
Abstract is: "Team, please envision some incredibly moving music."
Unconsciously, we fill in the gaps. We envision an ideal and skip unclear points along the way. The same word means something different to a colleague or almost the same, except for one crucial point. As long as everyone can abstractly imagine their moving music, gaps and deviations in understanding go unnoticed.
Specific is, playing a song to the team.
Specifics bring ambiguity to light, whereas abstract would be patient. This way, our agile method enables us to reach better-fitting solutions faster.
Close to our hearts. What would a final "I love you" from someone you cherish mean to you? Organsing digital legacies better. A fantastic client and a significant project. And to top it all, we even received a Red Dot award.
Our design for Cloud of Legacy won the Red Dot Design Award 2022 in the Digital Solutions category. We were absolutely thrilled.
And even better, the German Design Award followed shortly after.
